At The Japanese Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely wrap your items in their original Japanese artisanal packaging and place them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
